Dubai Health Authority (DHA) brings to you the Fitness and Medical Health Smartphone App. This App combines the UAE Ministry of Health’s Seven-Step Healthy Lifestyle Campaign, the UAE Ministry of Interior’s Sports and Health Clubs, the Ministry of Tourism & Commerce Marketing’s Good Mood Campaign, the Ministry of Education’s Keeping Fit and Healthy, the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans and the 8-Point Alarm System for Dubai. Most of the medical fitness applications in the UAE are for height and weight measurement. This is primarily done for airline pilots and so on. This is usually done using height and weight measurements.

It is a health management application that keeps track of your body mass index (BMI), weight, and target weight. You can also manage your weight by keeping a track of your weight on the application. The application has three main sections.

The Medical Fitness application is to complete a medical test before traveling to Dubai. It includes a PPD test and chest x-ray (CXR) test and can be done at most of the lab facilities in India. But it is advisable to go to a reputed lab as they will be able to conduct the test properly. The test is far much cheaper in Dubai than in India.

A new health monitoring application has been approved by the Dubai health authority that allows patients to track their medical fitness online through a mobile phone. The app, which is based on patent-pending technology, was developed by a US-based Care Loop and was developed with funding from Dubai Technology Entrepreneurship Centre. The application is designed to overcome the difficulties that patients face when it comes to fitting their medical fitness tests with the appointments that are available in the region.
